She showed Australia’s Project Runway how to work it on an episode this week, and now former Destiny’s Child glamour gal Kelly Rowland has shown she knows how to keep a promise too.

After contestant Juli Grbac won the pleasure of putting together an outfit for the hot-to-trot singer on the Foxtel series, Rowland was more than happy to make good with the challenge.

Wearing the custom-made, scalloped outfit on stage at a concert in Cannes, France, a few nights ago, the diva strutted her stuff - which almost brought a tear to the Brisbane designer’s eye.

“She was so lovely and the fact that she has worn my design makes me so proud,” Grbac gushed.

Kelly attended the launch of Sky+ HD Designer Box Collection at Il Bottaccio on Thursday night in London, England.

Kelly Rowland left a fan so star struck he burst into tears after she posed for a picture with him.

The R &B singer spent the weekend in French resort St Tropez hosting a series of parties for London members club Amika. She was mobbed by fans wanting to meet her and have their photograph taken with her at the daytime party at Nikki Beach.

An onlooker said: “One man, who was about 45, begged for a picture with her and burst into tears as it was being taken. Kelly was a bit embarrassed and made a joke about how that’s the kind of effect she has on men.” (Full Story)

Kelly was spotted in St. Tropez over the weekend spending some time at Nikki Beach and partying at the VIP Room.

R&B superstar Kelly Rowland, formerly of Destiny’s Child, visited the T-MARC Company’s offices in Dar es Salaam in mid-June to present an MTV Staying Alive Foundation award to a former Tanzanian sex worker named “Eliza,” who is now working to save the lives of her former peers. Ms. Rowland is MTV’s 2008 AIDS Awareness Ambassador for the Staying Alive Foundation. The Staying Alive Foundation and the Tanzania Marketing and Communications for AIDS, Reproductive Health and Child Survival (T-MARC) project both provide small grants to support local projects that reach people who are particularly at risk for HIV infection. The T-MARC Company is managed locally and grew out of the T-MARC Project, which is managed by the Academy of Educational Development (AED) under a contract with USAID.
