My boy JC got the amazing opportunity to interview Kelly and asked her a few questions that I submitted to him:

- What is the one question you wish interviewers wouldn’t ask you anymore ?

“If we really do appreciate each other. I love Beyoncé and Michelle, I would give them my leg if I had too, we support each other and journalists don’t seem to believe it.” I added “well they like to make up stories especially when it’s between girls” and she replied “well, I admit that maybe some past female bands had their own problems and it doesn’t make it easy for us.”

- If you were only allowed to keep 1 CD out of your entire music collection which one would you keep ?

“That is a hard question. RIGHT NOW Stevie Wonder’s Songs In The Key Of Life, I loooove that album. And MJ’s Thriller… no I mean Off The Wall, one of the best album ever.”

- If you had the opportunity to be another person for a day who would you want to be and why ?

“Oprah, because I just love her.”

We don’t know if you know this but Kelly Rowland is kind of hot right now. In fact, the Destiny’s Child is sizzling. Rowland was spotted earlier today in France at the Cannes Film Festival. In France it is already early Friday morning but we hear Miss Rowland partied through the night.

Rowland isn’t at Cannes on official film business…she’s just there to party. ‘I might bring my little posse with me, mingle through the party, have fun. I think people should enjoy themselves at parties’, she tells BBC. The Cannes Film Festival started back in 1939 and is one of the world’s most influential and prestigious film festivals.

Former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland wants to follow in the footsteps of her pop peers Madonna and Geri Halliwell - by releasing her own range of children’s literature. The former Destiny’s Child star, 27, has already carved out a successful music career and has ventured into Hollywood - but she’s got her sights set on hitting book store shelves with her very own kids’ tales.
And she’s determined to establish herself as a serious author and actress within the next three years - before she turns 30. She tells WENN, “There’s so much I want to achieve (before I’m 30). I want to write some children’s books… (but) we’ll see what happens. “I’m excited about life, I’m excited about my new record… And hopefully another movie, some TV shows down the pipeline before I’m 30.”

Tonight Kelly attended the premiere of the movie Sex and the City in London.

Kelly had to cancel her TRL Italy appearance due to illness.
Hopefully she’ll be okay before the Cannes Film Festival which she is attending on May 16th.
